Buddy was the start of HB. He was born in the Southeast.
His bloodline is “Elysian Statice”

Buddy came from three different Champion Bloodlines. With over 39 Championships in the last five generations. He is a large mid size Red & White blanket back. Like all of our bassets, He’s our pet. and lives in the comfort of our home. Sleeps on our couch, eats in our kitchen.

Buddy stands 13.5" tall from the ground to his wide shoulders.
He has large wide ears measuring 10.5" long with short legs and paws the size of a tennis ball.
He weighs around 55 lbs.  His Champion Blood Line comes from both parents out of the south.
His color is Red & White. He has a lot of extra skin. He is AKC, ACA Registered 
 
Buddy has always lived in-doors but loves to run and play outside every day.
He has never met a person that he didn't like and he shows it with a big lick to all newcomers.

Buddy "Sir Buddy Jon-Charles" Like all of our basset parents we raised Buddy from a puppy. We be leave that this is one of the most important steps in what makes a Huggable Basset.
